Olojede David Olayinka

Olojede David Olayinka is a trained Quantity Surveyor and Professional Construction Arbitrator. He also holds a Master of Business  Administration [finance] from the University of Ado Ekiti. He is a fellow chartered Institute of Finance and Control and a Fellow Institute of Construction Industry Arbitrators.

He worked with the Federal Ministry of Internal Affairs (1987 – 1992) before he resigned voluntarily. He has worked with so many Quantity Surveying firms as a senior Quantity Surveyor. Among includes Ducon associates and Stade cost consultants (professional quantity surveyors and construction cost consultants). He joined CORRUF JEOL & CO. (CONSTRUCTION COMPANY) as an executive director, He co-established David, David & Co (a real Estate consultants) and De-capstone Ltd (Consortium and Turnkey) He has worked as a contract administrator and also as consultant Quantity Surveyor, Construction Negotiator, and Arbitrator and as been involved in many projects on PPP, such as Wuye market Abuja, Mamie market etc.

He has been involved in several builds operate and transfer. The latest developments include among others David’s Court (State of art finished terrace buildings at Oke Badan Akobo Ibadan., corjew mall, event and resort, David Park and garden etc.
