2018 is here, a new year and a new dawn.

It is a new beginning for making new decision for investment. The problem is, you have no clue where to invest your cash. While you’re aware of the myriad investing options available. You have thought of stock, treasury, etc. The sheer number of possibilities is overwhelming.

In the investing world, this is called “paralysis by analysis.” Where you spend so much time analyzing investment options that you wind up putting it off and never investing at all. And eventually, the extra cash you set aside gets consumed by bills or unexpected expenses.

My friend didn’t get back to me for clarification, obviously he must have thought I was kidding. But trust me you can even start with lower amount.

In view of this, I will like to introduce REAL ESTATE NOTES . This is where you invest in other people’s dream. Am not suggesting everyone run out and buy an investment property. After all, not everyone has bulk money to invest .

I have been investing in others people real estate since year 1999 and from there i started having my portfolios. I learned a lot of lessons from my foray into becoming a landlord, the biggest of which was that I don’t need that kind of stress in my life.
